Our cladding products can be used in new build areas as well as more traditional environments where an upgrade to existing facilities is required; plastics cladding is ideal for hygienically covering over old areas where plaster and tiles have previously been used.

Extruded PVC Sheet for Wall Cladding

Strong with good impact strength, excellent fire rating performance, ideal for applications where a high degree of hygiene is essential. Quick and easy to install, typical applications include commercial kitchens (but not behind ovens or hobs), food preparation and storage areas as well as clean rooms.

An economic alternative to using the solid extruded PVC sheet is a foam extruded PVC.

We supply from stock a 3mm thick white foam extruded PVC sheet with a gloss surface which is branded FOAMALUX^® ULTRA or Palight 2001. These products are not as dense as the solid extruded sheet so are more prone to denting. They do however still have Class 1Y fire rating (BS476 Part7). Follow this link to FOAMALUX^® ULTRA page.

Extruded Polypropylene Copolymer Sheet for Wall Cladding

Ideal for applications where fire resistance is not a priority, but hygiene is, particularly suited to low temperature use (down to -20^oC). Polypropylene wall cladding sheet must be mechanically fixed, it can not be glued. Typical applications include agricultural usage, dairies, food storage areas and basic food preparation areas.

	LMN 2001 SILICONE A one part versatile silicone which can be used for sealing most building, construction and glazing joints. This silicone is neutral cure and almost odourless and cures with atmospheric moisture to form a durable permanent rubber seal. Conforms to ISO 11.600 F12.5E. USES: Sealing joints and perimeter pointing around all types of window and door frames. It will adhere to most common building materials such as PVCu, aluminium, stone, concrete, GRP, steel, brass, painted wood and most porous surfaces.
